Modus Complete was responsible for the renovation of a floor in a building dedicated to the food industry.

In addition to demolition, civil construction, electrical, and plumbing works, Modus Complete implemented several clean rooms, housing two laboratories, one for microbiology and another for physical-chemistry. The space also included support areas such as clean and dirty rooms, as well as a raw material storage area.

The project also included the installation of an HVAC system and an exterior structure with stairs for waste disposal.
